    • Email / Telephone response time

      Iminto will endevour to reply to your enquiry the same business day as we receive it upto 4pm each day. Enquiries received after that time will be attempted to be answered the next business day.

    • Payment Options:
      Iminto accepts VISA, Mastercard, Visa Debit, Switch and Paypal. We cannot accept cheques or bankers drafts. If you are uncomfortable about sending your credit card details over the Internet using our secure payment system, then you can place your order over the phone on 01924 480777

      Note: for additional security your credit card details are never stored on www.iminto.co.uk.
      All online paymets are handled outsid eof this site by SAGEPAY, fully PCI compliant secure payment services.

    • Guarantees:
      All manufacturers normal guarantees apply.
    • Supply of Goods:
      It may be, that due to circumstances beyond our control, Iminto are not able to guarantee the supply of goods. The acknowledgment generated to a customer at the time an order is placed is confirmation only of the details given by the customer and is not an acceptance of the order. Prices may change at any time or goods may not currently be available. Should this be the case Iminto will contact the customer by e-mail, fax or telephone within 5 working days to appraise them of the situation and give them the option to cancel.
    • Order Acknowledgement:
      An order placed on the website will be acknowledged as received through an 'Order Acknowledgement' sent to your e-mail address. The order becomes confirmed at the point of despatch. If there are any problems with your order, then you will be contacted directly.
    • Quality of Goods/Fitness for Purpose:
      Iminto makes every effort to ensure that products advertised on the site are of a high quality. In the event that goods received are found not to be of merchantable quality or fit for the purpose described by the manufacturers they may be returned and a replacement (if requested and available) will be sent otherwise we will refund your monies in full. All the details, dimensions and usage of the products shown on the web site have been supplied to Iminto by the manufacturers/suppliers.
  • Returns Procedures and refunds:

    Faulty Goods
  • Please return faulty goods to us at Iminto, 14 Leeds Road Mirfield. West Yorkshire WF14 0ET for repair or replacement within the warranty period. 
  • Exchanges will be porovided at our discretion and will be replaced with the same item whereever possible
  • Unwanted Items
  • If you decide the item you have received is unwanted it can be returned within 30 days providing it has NOT been opened or used in any way and is in its original packaging.

Exclusion:  Clothing
You may open and try on all clothing items and if not suitable or do not fit correctly can be returned.
Shirts can be opened and tried on. Please note this only applies to ONE SINGLE shirt in each size. Plesae return all other shirts in their original packaging.

  • Please note: When returning goods to us it is the customers duty to ensure the goods are sent on an insured service. Iminto are not liable for lost parcels when returned to us. No refund can be given unless we receive your returned goods.
  • Exclusions
    We cannot accept returns of items personalised or made to your specification; audio/video recordings or software that you have unsealed; items that, by reason of their nature, cannot be returned; perishable goods (e.g. food and flowers), and periodicals/magazines.
    We recommend an insured postal service is used.
    In the case of exchanges for different products you will be charged for re-delivery.

    Despatch and Tracking
    Orders received before 2pm will be despatched the same day subject to stock availability, Monday to Friday. Orders received after 2pm are not guaranteed to be despatched the same day but we will endevour to do so. Weekend orders will be shipped on the Monday with next day services scheduled for Tuesday ( Excluding Bank holidays)
  • Delivery Methods & Charges:
    Iminto only charge per order and not per product ordered. At the time of Checkout the appropriate delivery options will be presented along with their costs for you to select the most appropriate for your circumstances. Details of these charges can be found in the delivery section of the website. These options may change as different services are sourced at the most effective price for our customers.
    All charges will be made clear BEFORE asking you to finally confirm the payment of your items. If your country of origin is not listed please contact Iminto to see if we can arrange delivery to your destination.
  • Loss or damage:
    If goods are found to have been damaged in transit then they may be returned and a replacement, if requested and if available, will be despatched. If no replacement is available then monies will be refunded in full. Iminto must be informed within 7 days of receipt by either e-mail orders@iminto.co.uk or by telephone on 01924 480777 with confirmation in writing there-after. It is in your own interests to check the delivery immediately and notify Iminto of any problems.

    Non Delivery  Claims for missing items or the non delivery of complete orders must be made within 60 days of the despatch date. All trackable orders will have a P.O.D. signature showing the delivery date and who signed for it. P.O.Ds are supplied by the carrier and elapse after 60 days. Therefore claims for non delivery after 60 days from the date of despatch have elapsed cannot be accepted.
  • Data Protection Act:
    The information requested on this site may be used by Iminto to confirm, update and enhance our customer records. Your DATA will never be passed onto any 3rd party requests. Information may also be disclosed and used for fraud detection purposes. In terms of the Data Protection Act you are entitled to a copy of all your personal data held by us on computer on payment of a small fee.
  • Title:
    Title of goods does not pass to the purchaser until the goods are paid for in full. The responsibility and risk in the Goods shall pass to the buyer at the point of delivery and Iminto shall have no responsibility in respect of the safety of the goods thereafter.

  • VAT & DUTY:
    All our store prices are VAT inclusive. A VAT invoice will be forwarded to you with your delivery.
    VAT discrepancies and queries for NON UK orders are the responsibilty of the customer only.

    DUTY

    For export orders it is the responsibility of the customer to make sure he/she is aware of any duty charges that may be made by the country of origin on delivery. Iminto are not liable for any duty charges that may be incurred. If you are buying for business outside of the EC and have a registered VAT number we can supply on business terms without VAT. This cannot be done on this website.

  • Security of Credit Card Payment Options:
    At the point where you confirm and request the purchase by pressing the 'send order' button you will be transferred to a 'SSL' secure sockets server. Any details that are received by this server will be encrypted by 1028 bit technology before being e-mailed to Iminto. You will know when you are sending secure information as the top bar in your browser will read "https: the 's' standing for secure. Your browser may also indicate this by showing an unbroken key or locked padlock in the bottom corner.
  • Law:
    All contracts by Iminto for the sale of the goods shall be deemed in all respects to be contracts made, performed and contracted according to English Law.
